Over 400 delegates attended Costa’s annual conference for their store managers. Active handled every aspect of the two-day event, including the venue, transport, accommodation, technical logistics and creative design.
Result
The highlight of Costa’s annual conference was a Hollywood party. Active transformed the banqueting suite with authentic film props, life-size statues of Hollywood actors, and even their very own ‘Walk of Stars’. Alongside managing all aspects of the event logistics including venue, transport and accommodation booking, Active also handled the production of the invitations and onsite brand materials. This was a full design and print service which included tester communication pieces and teaser postcards and gifts.
