This exciting tactical staff sales incentive scheme was aimed at call centre employees. With manufacturers and targets changing on a monthly or quarterly basis, we communicated targets and performance against results via an online platform.
Result
This “Go for Growth” web-based sales incentive scheme targeted over 1000 employees based at 3 different call centres, with different manufacturers featuring each month. Active built and managed the website which communicated individual tactical incentives to each employee based on units sold and KPIs. Employees were able to log in to view their own performance against the target, as well as collect any eligible reward points. Staff could choose to spend their reward points against Active’s huge prize portfolio of gifts, experiences and high street vouchers.
