NEC Group required a complicated all-encompassing reward and recognition programme to incentivise their employees and partner-staff. One of the challenges of this scheme was to enable access, peer to peer recognition and distribution of information across disparate staff groups, many of whom had no work access to the internet. This scheme was available to over 3,000 individuals, with a data feed set-up to enable manager recognition and visibility across their teams. We are proud of our project management and technical departments who liaised closely with the client from initial concept, through the build process, launch and throughout the successful running of the scheme.
