Randstad Stars
To champion their staff, the Star Rewards programme enabled line managers to easily recognise and reward individuals that shine. The Active managed scheme was based around ‘star reward’ packs. Covering a range of star values, individuals could spend or ‘bank’ their star rewards through the online rewards portal. While the packs were used predominantly to facilitate instant recognition, they were also used in a range of tactical activity to support specific HR initiatives. The programme was specifically designed to encourage people to shoot for the stars and demonstrate teamwork, high levels of energy and ambition, passion and tenacity.
