This long-running and enormously popular promotion saw Sainsbury’s customers encouraged to collect Active Kids vouchers in-store and hand them in to their local schools. The schools were able to redeem them against a range of sporting equipment or choose to have either a martial arts, dance or fitness instructor come into the school and teach a class of children. Active were responsible for building a database of fully qualified, DBS-checked instructors throughout the UK who could lead these classes. Active liaised with the schools and instructors to manage the booking process and successfully booked over 3,000 sessions in one year alone.
