Summary
We were delighted to manage this large incentive programme which ran across 2,400 stores in 20 regions throughout the UK and the ROI and incentivised Subway employees to upsell Pepsi beverages. Active’s technical team developed a database and website to manage and present the sales data to regional consultants, including league tables of daily store performance. The website also provided resources for stores named the “University of Subway”, as well as managing the allocation of performance-based rewards to store staff and regional consultants. This included theme park tickets, pamper days, theatre trips, paintball and afternoon tea experiences. Our prize fulfilment team also provided a support line to manage queries from staff.
