Tech Data’s tactical incentive programme required collaborative input from our technical, project management, travel and events departments. This innovative company were a joy to work with, allowing us to the opportunity to propose and set-up some highly creative themed SPIFF days. On-site sales challenges were rewarded with the chance to win some fabulous prizes for playing fun-fair style games. Alongside this, we managed an ongoing online incentive programme with changing individual targets.
