Airline Case Study

Airline Booking Incentive Case Study

A strategic solution to increase ticket sales through agents

Benefits At A Glance

The Objective

To encourage agents to make bookings through a specific airline, as well as increasing awareness and creating a positive impact through the use of the airline booking incentive.

The Solution

Our intuitive and easy to navigate online portal allows airlines to reward agents with points for each booking they make. These are then redeemed against an online catalogue of over 5,000 items, including high street vouchers and top brands. Reward values can be modified depending on booking class, return journeys or destinations. Agents are encouraged to sign up prior to each campaign launch.

The Outcome

Our client continues to run 2-3 campaigns a year, particularly during quieter periods, to encourage sales. Each time an incentive launches, a surge of new agents register to the site as it increases in awareness and popularity. Our client reported an additional 578 bookings over 4 week period during their most recent campaign for flights to Canada.
